Patrick Poitra, 73, male, Fourth Avenue North and U.S. Highway 2, mandatory vehicle license/registration, tribal court.

November 9

Jennifer Hanson, 36, female, 500 block of Custer Street, partner/family member assault, tribal court.

Alan Smoker, 56, male, 400 block of Cascade Street, theft - shoplifting, tribal court.

November 10

Alan Smoker, 56, male, 600 block of Seventh Avenue South, aggravated disorderly conduct, tribal court.

November 11

Pernell Begshisown, 43, male, 400 block of Cascade Street, criminal trespass to property, tribal court.

Fire Blotter Nov. 12: The Wolf Point Volunteer Fire Department responded to a dumpster on fire on the 400 block of Custer Street at 2:25 p.m. with one truck and two firefighters.
