Cope Faces Drug Possession Charge

An officer noticed that Cope had a syringe in his front pocket. After receiving consent, the officer took the syringe out of the pocket.
When the officer patted down the passenger for weapons, the officer retrieved a syringe with a liquid inside. When asked what was inside the syringe, the passenger answered that they just scored meth.
