Don’t Miss Trunk Or Treat

Don’t miss Culbertson’s Halloween Trunk or Treat event for kids at the Old Armory building Sunday, Oct. 30.

Snack and treats will be offered from 1-3 p.m. at “trunk” tables staffed by area businesses and community organizations.

A Battle of the Bands theme is being adopted. For instance, the Wild West Diner crew will be costumed as Goodbye Earl by The Chicks and the Richland Federal Credit Union bunch has chosen Baby Shark by Pinkfong. Rumor has it the Community News will be Welcome to the Jungle.

If you’re feeling a bit of last-minute participation coming on, don’t hesitate. Community involvement is needed, according to organizers Ashlee Anderson and Laurie Nordmeyer Pearson. “To have a safe, warm and fun place for our area children to trick or treat, I’m asking for more people/ businesses to participate in the Truck or Treat on Oct. 30,” Pearson said. “You can choose any theme you want and I can help supply some decorations. You bring the candy.”

Tables are provided. Call Anderson at the Wild West Diner or Pearson at RFCU for more information.
