Wolf Point Police Blotter

( Publisher’s Note: The following blotter includes the activities of the Wolf Point police and fire departments Sept. 26 through Oct. 2. All those cited or arrested are presumed innocent.)

September 26

Stacey Campbell, 50, female, 500 block of Alder Street, no driver’s license, no insurance and no vehicle registration, tribal court.

Jay Martell, 34, male, Triangle Park, fleeing from or eluding peace officer, criminal possession of dangerous drugs and carrying a concealed weapon, tribal court.

Seventeen-year-old male, 400 block of Blaine Street, minor in possession, tribal court.

Seventeen-year-old male, 400 block of Blaine Street, minor in possession, tribal court.

Cauy Stafne, 19, male, 400 bock of Blaine Street, public intoxication and contributing to the delinquency of a minor (two counts), tribal court.

Jorey Azure, 18, male, 400 bock of Blaine Street, public intoxication, contributing to the delinquency of a minor (two counts) and carrying concealed weapon, tribal court.

September 28

Thirteen-year-old female, 200 block of Sixth Avenue South, youth in need of supervision and disorderly conduct, tribal court.

September 30

Joseph Stiffarm, 18, male, 400 block of Cascade Street, theft and minor in possession, tribal court.

Reeves Poitra, 28, male, 200 block of Main Street, public intoxication and disorderly conduct, tribal court.

October 2

Nova Bigleggins, 33, female, 200 block of East Main Street, endangering welfare of children (two counts), partner/family member assault, criminal possession of drug paraphernalia, criminal possession of dangerous drugs and resisting arrest, tribal court.

Fire Blotter Sept. 20: The Wolf Point Volunteer Fire Department responded at 2:17 a.m. to a shed fire on the 100 block of Fairweather Street. Nine firefighters, three trucks and command responded. The cause of the fire was electrical and deemed accidental.

Sept. 25: A shed burned on the 100 block of East Fairweather Street at 10:34 a.m. Seven firefighters, three trucks and command responded. The fire was accidental.

Sept. 28: WPVFD crews were called to assist with a motor vehicle accident at the intersection of Montana Highway 13 and BIA Route 1 at 6:44 a.m. One truck and three firefighters responded.

Oct. 1: Five firefighters, one truck and command responded to assist with a downed power line on the 800 block of West Cascade at 12:32 p.m.
