Shannon Lezard, 48, of Poplar died Sept. 9, 2022, at Poplar Community Hospital.
A wake will be held Thursday, Sept. 15, at 7 p.m. at the Poplar Cultural Center. Funeral services will be held Friday, Sept. 16, at 11 a.m. at the Poplar Cultural Center. Interment will be at Chelsea Cemetery. Clayton Stevenson Memorial Chapel has been entrusted with arrangements.
