Wendy Chopper, 49, of Poplar died July 30, 2022, in Billings.

A wake will be held on Monday, Aug. 8, at 7 p.m. at the Poplar Cultural Center. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, Aug. 9, at 1 p.m. at the Poplar Cultural Center. Interment will follow at Fort Kipp Cemetery. Clayton Stevenson Memorial Chapel was entrusted with arrangements.
