Roosevelt County Has 20 Active COVID Cases, Richland Has One

As of Monday, July 25, Roosevelt County has 20 active COVID cases. There are no current hospitalization.

There have been 75 confirmed COVID-19 related deaths.

Adult (12 years and up) COVID vaccination clinics are scheduled for Thursday, July 28 from 3-5 p.m. in Culbertson, Aug. 4 from 3-5 p.m. in Wolf Point, Aug. 18 from 3-5 p.m. in Wolf Point and Aug. 25 from 3-5 p.m. in Culbertson. Vaccination clinics for children, ages 5-11) are scheduled for Aug. 12 from 1-4 p.m. in Wolf Point and Sept. 2 from 1-4 p.m. in Wolf Point.

While COVID-19 cases are currently low in Montana, experts predict there will be a resurgence of the virus and hospitalizations in the fall. This is the time to order the free at-home test kits available from COVID.gov/tests.

Area Statistics Daniels County had zero active cases as of Friday, July 22. The county has 405 cumulative cases. Valley County reported 29 active cases as of Friday, July 22. The county has 1,858 cumulative cases. In McCone County, there were zero active cases as of Friday, July 22. There have been 397 cumulative cases.

Phillips County had five active cases as of Friday, July 22. There have been 1,089 cumulative cases in the county.

For Richland County, there was one active case as of Friday, July 22. There have been 2,740 cumulative cases.

Sheridan County had six active cases as of Friday, July 22. There have been 772 cumulative cases in the county.

Statewide

According to Montana health officials, the state’s total number of known cases now stands at 294,320 since the start of the pandemic.

Around the state, there are 2,199 active cases and 2,320 newly reported cases in the last week.

By Friday, July 22, a total of 3,467 deaths have been reported statewide. A total of 12,680 individuals have been hospitalized.

North Dakota Statistics

Williams County, N.D., had 56 active cases as of Thursday, July 21.

McKenzie County, N.D., had nine active cases as of Thursday, July 21.

Divide County, N.D., had three active cases as of Thursday, July 21.

Vaccine Doses

As of Friday, July 22, 1,513,844 total doses have been administered in Montana. There are 569,772 or 53 percent fully immunized Montanans.

In Roosevelt County, 13,511 total doses have been administered as of Friday, July 22. There are 5,511 fully immunized for 50 percent of the county’s eligible population for vaccination.

In Valley County, 8,399 total doses have been administered. There are 3,274 fully immunized for 44 percent of the county’s population eligible for vaccination.

In Daniels County, 1,814 total doses have been administered. There are 712 fully immunized for 43 percent of the county’s population eligible for vaccination.

In McCone County, 1,171 total doses have been administered. There are 432 fully immunized for 26 percent of the county’s population eligible for vaccination.

In Richland County, 10,442 total doses have been administered. There are 4,320 fully immunized for 39 percent of the county’s population eligible for vaccination.

In Phillips County, 4,486 total doses have been administered. There are 1,783 fully immunized for 45 percent of the county’s population eligible for vaccination.

In Sheridan County, 5,004 total doses have been administered. There are 1,854 fully immunized for 57 percent of the county’s population eligible for vaccination.
