Roosevelt County Reports Four Active COVID Cases

Roosevelt County currently has four active COVID cases. There have been 3,299 total cases in the county.

Adult COVID vaccination clinics are scheduled from 3-5 p.m. on June 16 in Wolf Point and June 23 in Culbertson.

A vaccination clinic for children, ages 5-11, is from 1-4 p.m. on June 10 in Wolf Point.

County health officials encourage all residents aged 5 and up to be vaccinated and those over 16 should consider getting booster doses. Immunizations are by appointment only. For questions or to schedule an appointment, call 406-653-6223.

Area Statistics

Daniels County had three active cases as of Friday, June 3. The county has 389 cumulative cases. Valley County reported eight active cases as of Friday, June 3. The county has 1,727 cumulative cases.

In McCone County, there are three active cases as of Friday, June 3. There have been 387 cumulative cases.

Phillips County had two active cases as of Friday, June 3. There have been 1,063 cumulative cases in the county.

For Richland County, there were two active cases as of Friday, June 3. There have been 2,659 cumulative cases.

Sheridan County had 10 active cases as of Friday, June 3. There have been 710 cumulative cases in the county.

Statewide

According to Montana health officials, the state’s total number of known cases now stands at 278,993 since the start of the pandemic.

Around the state, there are 1,815 active cases and 1,501 newly reported cases in the last week.

By Friday, June 3, a total of 3,423 deaths have been reported statewide. A total of 12,084 individuals have been hospitalized.

North Dakota Statistics

Williams County, N.D., had 35 active cases as of Friday, June 3.

McKenzie County, N.D., had eight active cases as of Friday, June 3.

Divide County, N.D., had three active cases as of Friday, June 3.

Vaccine Doses

As of Friday, June 3, 1,482,070 total doses have been administered in Montana. There are 565,714 or 55 percent fully immunized Montanans.

In Roosevelt County, 12,824 total doses have been administered as of Friday, June 2. There are 5,246 fully immunized for 53 percent of the county’s 9,918 eligible.

In Valley County, 8,155 total doses have been administered. There are 3,236 fully immunized for 47 percent of the county’s 6,931 eligible for vaccination.

In Daniels County, 1,780 total doses have been administered. There are 711 fully immunized for 46 percent of the county’s 1,559 eligible for vaccination.

In McCone County, 1,141 total doses have been administered. There are 430 fully immunized for 28 percent of the county’s 1,562 eligible for vaccination.

In Richland County, 10,222 total doses have been administered. There are 4,288 fully immunized for 42 percent of the county’s 10,310 eligible for vaccination.

In Phillips County, 4,419 total doses have been administered. There are 1,777 fully immunized for 48 percent of the county’s 3,675 eligible for vaccination.

In Sheridan County, 4,832 total doses have been administered. There are 1,850 fully immunized for 60 percent of the county’s 3,075 eligible for vaccination.
