Brewfest Set For June 18 In Wolf Point

The Jared Stewart Band will serve as the musical entertainment for this year’s Wolf Point Brewfest scheduled for Saturday, June 18, at the Marvin Brookman Stadium.

Stewart performed at Brewfest a few years ago and was well received.

His music includes rock and blues tunes.

“Jared Stewart is very good, so it should be fun,” Wolf Point Chamber of Commerce and Agriculture board member Jeff Presser said.

Organizers say the event will feature a variety of micro and macro brews from throughout Montana.

The award winning craft beer at the 2021 Montana Beverage Show from the Missouri Breaks Brewing, Wolf Point, will be among the featured selections.

Food trucks will be Cubby’s and Two Sisters.

Tickets cost $35 in advance or $40 at the gate. Non-drinking tickets are $20. You must be 21 years of age or older to attend.

Advance tickets are available at Bryan’s, Doc Z’s Missouri River Brewing and Opportunity Bank.

The beer-tasting activity is scheduled from 5 to 11 p.m.

Chamber president Aaron Kurokawa said the Wolf Point Brewfest usually attracts between 200-350 people.

He explains the idea to hold a brewfest in Wolf Point came about during conversations with himself, Mark Zilkoski and former Wolf Point Chamber board member Travis Medlock.

Now in its 10th year, organizers are hoping this year’s event is the biggest one yet.
