Doubles’ Teams Advance To State Tournament

Two doubles’ teams from Wolf Point have qualified for the state tennis tournament.

The team of Kaylee Johnson and Kaleah Miller-Toves earned second place during the divisional tournament in Miles City last weekend.

The doubles’ team of Hamyanie Campbell and Mahala MacDonald captured fifth place at the divisional tournament.

In singles’ play, Jaycen Williams placed sixth with a record of 3-2. Victoria Wozniak took eighth with a record of 2-2. Mercedes Sutton posted a record of 1-2 and Claire Kinzie had a mark of 0-2.

The state meet starts Wednesday, May 18, in Bozeman.
