Forgery Charge Against Kust Deferred
A charge against Jason Kust for forgery has been deferred.
A deferred prosecution agreement was approved by district judge David J. Cybulski on Thursday, Jan. 20.
The agreement notes that the state has agreed to defer prosecution and to dismiss the charges pending.
