After having two basketball games postponed because of COVID precautions last week, Wolf Point and Poplar look to get things back on track this week. Bainville’s girls’ basketball team rolled to a 57-14 win over Brockton on Friday, Jan. 22. The Bulldogs enjoyed a 17-1 lead at the end of the first quarter and a 27-7 half-time advantage. Bainville increased its advantage to 42-11 in the third quarter. Sadie Ullmer led the Bulldogs with eight points. Adding seven points each were Lakyn Rabbe and Kaitlyn Adkins. Also scoring

The Wolf Point Wrestling Club will hold its registration from 6-7 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 27, in the Wolf Point High School’s multi-purpose room. The club is for wrestlers ages 4-18 years old. Cost is $30. Required documents are a birth certificate if now to the club, registration form and liability waiver. The first practice is scheduled to take place during the first week of February.
