It’s A Boy

Maddox Thomas Moran was born Jan. 29 at 6:27 p.m. to Shandy and Trenten Moran at Frances Mahon Deaconess Hospital in Glasgow. He weighed seven pounds two ounces and was 19.74 inches long. His grandparents are Jim and Cindy Hanks of Wolf Point and Scott and Jana Moran of Malta.

Canada is extending requirements for international travelers at the northern border. They may provide a negative COVID-19 test to land border crossers as early as Feb. 15. Canada’s prime minister, Justin Trudeau, told media that the test must have been conducted within 72 hours and must be a Polymerase Chain Reaction test. Christopher Michael Lee Friede, 20, of Culbertson was in district court for the charge of witness tampering on Wednesday, Feb. 10.
