Runners Earn Honors In Fairview


The Culbertson/Bainville boys placed second in the team standings during the cross-country meet held in Fairview on Saturday, Oct. 2. The Cowboys finished with 15 points. Scobey earned first with 12 points. Drae Nelson placed sixth with a time of 21:01.02. James Kirkaldie took seventh at 21:22.68. Nyreece Halvorson finished eighth at 21:44.50 and Dawson Bergum was ninth at 21:58.93.

Wolf Point Drops Conference Contest Against Cut Bank, 50-15


Wolf Point got off to a slow start and lost by a 50-15 final during Class B football action in Cut Bank on Friday, Oct. 1. Cut Bank scored on its first possession of the conference game. Volleyball Program Holds Pink Night


The Wolf Point High School volleyball program held its pink night for cancer awareness on Friday, Oct. 1. Michelle Johnson, one of the event’s organizers, said the response from businesses and individuals for auction items was impressive. “Our community is pretty awesome when it comes to donations,” Johnson said.
