Attendance High At Night On The Missouri Attendance High At Night On The Missouri

The Wolf Point Chamber of Commerce and Agriculture hosted their annual “Night on the Missouri” dinner event on the old Lewis and Clark Bridge Sept. 10-11. People from around the region came to Wolf Point to enjoy a meal and refreshments over the river, surrounded by lights and music.

Organizer Nicole Miller said attendance was high. She said tickets were sold to diners from all around Northeast Montana, including Bainville, Circle, Glasgow and Opheim.

“We served about 150 people each night,” said Miller. “It was a wonderful event we had a great turn out for volunteers.”

Miller said a great sunset balanced chilly weather Saturday.

“The Montana weather gave us a little challenge Saturday and it didn’t quite warm up as much as we would’ve liked,” said Miller. “We were still able to experience the magical ambiance of the sunset followed by the glowing lights. We are already making plans for next years event.”
