Wolf Point Speech Members  Prepare For Divisional Meet Wolf Point Speech Members  Prepare For Divisional Meet

The Wolf Point speech and drama team competed in the Great Falls Central virtual meet with 44 other B and C schools from across Montana on Saturday, Jan. 16.

There were 225 different entries and 279 competitors.

Daniel Sears competed again in spontaneous oral interpretation and placed third out of 24 in that event.

Angelica Sutton competed in Lincoln Douglas Debate and placed sixth out of 16 debaters.

Delano Eymard switched events to dramatic solo (same story, but now acting) and placed eighth out of 20.

As a team, Wolf Point tied for 10th out of 23 Class B teams that competed in speech. First place was Three Forks. In Class B Drama, Broadwater took 1st place. Wolf Point did compete in Drama for this meet and got 13th out of 19.

First place Class B Drama went to Broadwater. Other local schools competing include Culbertson, Frazer, Plentywood, Circle, Glasgow, Fairview and Malta.

Next meet is the virtual divisional meet hosted by Culbertson on Saturday, Jan. 23. Judges are still needed. If anyone is willing to help, contact Ms. Connelley at wconnelley@ wolfpoint.k12.mt.us.
