Elisha Barker, 41, female, U.S. Highway 2 and Dayton Street, driving under the influence, DUI refusal, operating without liability insurance in effect and no registration, tribal court.

Madeleine Turcotte, 20, female, Third Avenue South and Edgar Street, criminal possession of drug paraphernalia, criminal possession of dangerous drugs, no insurance and no vehicle registration, tribal court.

Fire Blotter Dec. 28: The Wolf Point Volunteer Fire Department responded to assist law enforcement and ambulance service with a train vs. pedestrian accident near the Amtrak depot at 9:57 p.m. Two trucks and command responded.

Dec. 31: WPVFD were called to a possible gas leak on the 500 block of Main Street. One truck and command responded.

Jan. 3: At 12:36 p.m., the WPVFD responded to a grass fire on Montana Highway 13 South near mile marker 43 in McCone County with two trucks and command.
