Cowgirls Feature Young Squad Entering Basketball Season
The Culbertson Cowgirls don’t have much experience, but they have enough ability to be competitive in District 2C girls basketball contests this season.
“There’s a lot of talent there,” Culbertson coach Valli Hauge said. “They just have to get their confidence with the varsity.”

Scholar Of The Week
Scholars of the Week for the week ending Dec. 5 are Joclynn Williams at Wolf Point Junior High and Trever Durney at Wolf Point High School.
Williams is an eighthgrade student and 13 years old. Her parents are Darla Williams and Thomas Bauer. Siblings are Jaycen and Ryelei.
Joclynn’s activities include basketball and volleyball. Her favorite class is JMG. Her favorite teacher is Amanda Campbell.
