Mark Quincy McClammy, “Wakan Wiyaka Nunpa Wicasa” (Holy Two Eagle Feather Man), 33, of Poplar died July 31, 2020, at the Billings Clinic. He was born to Jackie Stormy and Robert “Pinner” McClammy on May 7, 1987, in Poplar. As a young boy, he spent time living with his mother and stepfather John and his grandmother Lorraine. He was a grandma’s boy and enjoyed the time he spent with her.

The Culbertson Volunteer Fire Department was dispatched to a grass fire south of Fort Kipp on Aug. 9 at 3:42 p.m. BIA Fire, Culbertson, Bainville, Brockton, and Froid volunteer fire departments responded.
