Old Rock Grey-Bear and Wilferd Brien in Culbertson.<br \/>\n\t  She went to school in Poplar  and graduated in 1976. After graduating, she found work at various jobs. She worked for the Fort Peck Tribes for over 40 years in different departments.<br \/>\n\t  She met Russell Dean Necklace in 1979. From this union, they were known as \u201cJudy&amp; Dean\u201d, common law.<br \/>\n\t  They had three girls, LoriJo Lynn, D\u2019Anna Faith and Krissandra  Rose; and five grandchildren.<br \/>\n\t  She loved to cruise, which everyone dubbed her \u201cBooze Cruise\u201d, stopping to visit  her many friends. When not cruising, she liked to go play machines or be at home playing Yahtzee or card games. She wouldn\u2019t quit until she won. Then, friends and family would come visit. She was full of life, fun loving  and there was never a dull moment with her.
