{"id":43266,"date":"2022-05-26T05:00:20","date_gmt":"2022-05-26T11:00:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/uswps02.newsmemory.com\/northernplainsindependent\/news\/?p=43266?destination=northern-plains-independent"},"modified":"2022-05-26T05:06:41","modified_gmt":"2024-11-11T05:06:41","slug":"lloyd-heser","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.northernplainsindependent.com\/2022\/05\/26\/lloyd-heser\/?destination=northern-plains-independent","title":{"rendered":"Lloyd Heser"},"content":{"rendered":"","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\n\t Early morning on May 14, 2022, Lloyd Patrick Heser, 82, peacefully passed away at Advanced Health Care in Mesa, Ariz., surrounded by the love of his family.<br \/>\n\t  Lloyd was born in Wolf Point, Mont., on Sept. 8, 1939. He was the third child of Frank and Faye Heser, arriving  shortly after twin brother Floyd.<br \/>\n\t  Lloyd graduated from Wolf Point High School and served in the Army during the Korean  Conflict.<br \/>\n\t  On April 5, 1964, married Sharon Udland. They were married for 38 years until Sharon\u2019s death in 2003.<br \/>\n\t  Lloyd was a service technician  at Farmers Union Oil (now Agland).<br \/>\n\t  Lloyd passed his love for horses on to his daughter, son and nephews. Weekends were spent moving cows, riding  in wagon trains, working brandings and taking care of the horses. He had a special knack for nurturing injured horses back to health.<br \/>\n\t  Lloyd enjoyed traveling to the Denver Stock Show, trips to Arizona and South Dakota to visit \u201cthe kids,\u201d and was a member of the Elks and American Legion.<br \/>\n\t  Every year ,he participated  in the Stampede weekend activities and was the 2007 Grand Marshal.<br \/>\n\t  In 2006, Lloyd was blessed with a new heart.
