He gained a true understanding  of responsibility and hard work while growing  up on the family ranch at Rocky Boy and building fences  for his father\u2019s and uncle\u2019s business, B &amp;  B Fencing.<br \/>\n\t  He graduated from Box Elder  High School in 1975. After graduating, he went to work for Montana Power and later moved back to Wolf Point to take care of his grandparents, Rosella and George Gregg.<br \/>\n\t  He eventually went to work for A&amp; S Industries of Poplar, first building nets and later using his welding skills in constructing metal boxes which were used to deliver medical supplies to the military  during the Desert Storm Conflict.<br \/>\n\t  He thoroughly enjoyed spending time fishing and hunting with his grandfather, playing pool, darts and the machines.<br \/>\n\t  After moving to Wolf Point, he met Melody Windsor. After  two years of devotion to each other, they were married  Aug. 19, 1988. This date was a special gift to each other  in that each were born on Aug. 19, one year apart.<br \/>\n\t  He is survived by his wife, Melody; children Violet Bruce of Seattle, Wash., Dessie  Moccasin of Wolf Point and Terry Conrad \u201cTC\u201d Billy of Wolf Point; brothers, Leslie  of Rocky Boy, Melvin of Browning, Frank of Rocky Boy, Keith of Rocky Boy and Shawn of Billings; sisters, Twila Grant of Big Sandy and Michelle Billy of Rocky Boy; nine grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.<br \/>\n\t  He was preceded in death by an infant brother, Everette Samuel Billy.<br \/>\n\t  His funeral service was held Tuesday, May 10, at the new Community Hall in Wolf Point.
