{"id":32222,"date":"2021-02-18T05:01:30","date_gmt":"2021-02-18T12:01:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/uswps02.newsmemory.com\/northernplainsindependent\/news\/?p=32222?destination=northern-plains-independent"},"modified":"2021-02-18T05:04:03","modified_gmt":"2021-02-18T12:04:03","slug":"amber-arndt","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.northernplainsindependent.com\/2021\/02\/18\/amber-arndt\/?destination=northern-plains-independent","title":{"rendered":"Amber Arndt"},"content":{"rendered":"","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\n\t Amber Mae Smith Arndt passed away February 13, 2021, at the age of 93 in Wolf Point.<br \/>\n\t  She was born on Wednesday,  May 4, 1927, about four blocks away from where she passed away in Wolf Point.<br \/>\n\t  She married Hank Arndt Jr. in 1947 and, from this union, she had 4 boys.<br \/>\n\t  Hank preceded her in passing  in February of 1999.<br \/>\n\t  She is survived by her sons, David, Howard, Mike and Carl; grandchildren, Deborah and Erin Arndt, Sally  Sowder, Chris and Jessie Arndt, Michael, Kelly and Benjamin Arndt; numerous great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.<br \/>\n\t  She lived with Hank in various  places during Hank\u2019s employment  in the banking industry,  including Wolf Point, Poplar, Scobey and Bigfork. After Hank retired, they lived in Billings and in Sun City, Ariz. Amber moved back to Wolf Point a few years ago and, in the recent past, was a resident of Faith Home in Wolf Point.
