Montclair, 79, died Monday, March 9, 2026, at the Billings Clinic in Billings.<br \/>\n\t  She was born Aug. 21, 1946, in Riverside to Effie Cloud. She grew up in Riverside and Brockton, where she attended  school. She received her GED in later years.<br \/>\n\t  She worked for A&amp; S and Spotted Bull where she was a tech. During her many years there, she met and influenced  many troubled kids. She earned the title \u201cGrandma\u201d  by changing their lives in a positive way while in treatment. No matter where she went, she was greeted by \u201cGrandma Naomi.\u201d<br \/>\n\t  She enjoyed gambling, bingo,  watching the Lakers on TV or out with her grandchildren  either at a powwow  or cheering them on at their sports events. She was known for her \u201ctell it like it is\u201d attitude.
