Knudsen Crohn of the Volmer &#8211; Dagmar  community. She was the oldest of three children. She grew up on the Crohn ranch. She attended Franklin Elementary  School and graduated  from Medicine Lake High School.<br \/>\n\t  She married John Wivholm on Sept. 26, 1950. They raised seven children and she was a stay-at-home mom until the children got older. She enjoyed  combine rides at harvest  and taking meals to the fields.<br \/>\n\t  She was meticulous with her floors and lawn. She could spot a crumb or stick many feet away \u2014 she had wonderful eyesight.<br \/>\n\t  A very dedicated fan, she attended Honker and Redhawk  games and listened on the radio when she could. She also took some adult education  classes of calligraphy and exercise.<br \/>\n\t  She worked the lunch counter at Lake Bowl when bowling became the popular sport. She also worked at the Laketonian restaurant and did housekeeping at Sheridan Memorial Nursing Home.<br \/>\n\t  She was active in the Union Congregational Church from Sunday school with her children  through Women\u2019s Ladies  Aid.<br \/>\n\t  If she was a member of an organization, she didn\u2019t want to miss a meeting. She was a charter member of the VFW Auxiliary in Medicine Lake and served as treasurer for many years. Senior Citizens and Red Hats were a fun time to socialize in the later years. She gathered news items for the Plentywood Herald  and reported the Medicine Lake weather temperatures to the Williston, N.D., TV station.<br \/>\n\t  She and John enjoyed traveling  to the various states to visit family. One of the highlights of their lives was Thanksgiving 1994 when all the Wivholms flew to Florida to spend the holiday with David  and Brenda.<br \/>\n\t  Another milestone event was in summer of 2000 when she and John celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary.<br \/>\n\t  She spent three years at the Pioneer Manor before she relocated  to La Casa in Plentywood  in 2020.<br \/>\n\t  She was preceded by her husband, John; and brother, John Crohn.<br \/>\n\t  She is survived by her children,  Janet McCabe of Medicine  Lake, David Wivholm of Cape Canaveral, Fla., Duane Wivholm of Bismarck, N.D., Nancy Niemann of Nolanville,  Texas, Dallas Wivholm of Grass Valley, Calif., Jeff Wivholm of the family farm and Mary Anne Stream of Anchorage, Alaska; numerous  grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and a brother, Don Crohn of Florida.<br \/>\n\t  Funeral services were held Saturday, July 19, at the Medicine  Lake Fire Hall.
