Roosevelt County Listed With Eight Active COVID Cases

Roosevelt County currently has eight active COVID cases. There have been 3,356 total cases in the county. County health officials encourage all residents aged 5 and up to be vaccinated and those over 16 should consider getting booster doses. Immunizations are by appointment only. In McCone County, there were two active cases as of Friday, July 8. There have been 394 cumulative cases.

Phillips County had five active cases as of Friday, July 8. There have been 1,084 cumulative cases in the county.

For Richland County, there were zero active cases as of Friday, July 8. There have been 2,717 cumulative cases.

Sheridan County had nine active cases as of Friday, July 8. There have been 752 cumulative cases in the county.

Statewide

According to Montana health officials, the state’s total number of known cases now stands at 289,345 since the start of the pandemic.

Around the state, there are 2,700 active cases and 2,170 newly reported cases in the last week.

By Friday, July 8, a total of 3,450 deaths have been reported statewide. A total of 12,463 individuals have been hospitalized.
