Roosevelt County Listed With Eight Active COVID Cases

Roosevelt County currently has eight active COVID cases. There have been 3,356 total cases in the county. County health officials encourage all residents aged 5 and up to be vaccinated and those over 16 should consider getting booster doses. Immunizations are by appointment only. Daniels County had two active cases as of Friday, July 8. The county has 401 cumulative cases. Valley County reported 33 active cases as of Friday, July 8. The county has 1,800 cumulative cases. In McCone County, there were two active cases as of Friday, July 8. There have been 394 cumulative cases.

Phillips County had five active cases as of Friday, July 8. There have been 1,084 cumulative cases in the county.

For Richland County, there were zero active cases as of Friday, July 8. There have been 2,717 cumulative cases.

Sheridan County had nine active cases as of Friday, July 8. There have been 752 cumulative cases in the county.

Statewide

According to Montana health officials, the state’s total number of known cases now stands at 289,345 since the start of the pandemic.

Around the state, there are 2,700 active cases and 2,170 newly reported cases in the last week.

By Friday, July 8, a total of 3,450 deaths have been reported statewide. A total of 12,463 individuals have been hospitalized.

North Dakota Statistics

Williams County, N.D., had 65 active cases as of Thursday, July 7.

McKenzie County, N.D., had 19 active cases as of Thursday, July 7.

Divide County, N.D., had two active cases as of July 7.

Vaccine Doses

As of Friday, July 8, 1,503,681 total doses have been administered in Montana. There are 568,265 or 56 percent fully immunized Montanans.

In Roosevelt County, 13,351 total doses have been administered as of Friday, July 8. There are 5,467 fully immunized for 55 percent of the county’s 9,918 eligible for vaccination.

In Valley County, 8,367 total doses have been administered. There are 3,264 fully immunized for 47 percent of the county’s 6,931 eligible for vaccination.

In Daniels County, 1,806 total doses have been administered. There are 710 fully immunized for 46 percent of the county’s 1,559 eligible for vaccination.

In McCone County, 1,162 total doses have been administered. There are 432 fully immunized for 28 percent of the county’s 1,562 eligible for vaccination.

In Richland County, 10,361 total doses have been administered. There are 4,307 fully immunized for 42 percent of the county’s 10,310 eligible for vaccination.

In Phillips County, 4,472 total doses have been administered. There are 1,784 fully immunized for 49 percent of the county’s 3,675 eligible for vaccination.

In Sheridan County, 4,997 total doses have been administered. There are 1,857 fully immunized for 60 percent of the county’s 3,075 eligible for vaccination.
